Because of the many parts and the complex structure, it takes a lot of effort in the installation process. Some essentials of attic shelf installation are summarized, which can simplify the complex procedure of attic shelf installation.
One: Lighting. Lighting is an indispensable equipment for attic shelves. Adjusting the position of the lighting during installation cannot leave a blind spot for lighting in the attic. If the position of the lighting in the picture cannot cover the attic shelf, the installer needs to manually adjust the position of the lighting. The lighting installation needs to wait for the installation of the attic shelves, and all the shelves are displayed for installation.
Second: the stairs. In order to facilitate the installation of the attic shelves, the installation of the attic stairs can reduce the cost of installation time. It is recommended that the movable stairs can be installed first. Welding and fixing the stairs requires the installation of the attic racks before installation. Once the deviation of the passage distance is avoided, the stairs cannot be installed normally.
Three: Laminate shelves in the attic. The attic shelf will not be stored separately. Usually, in the storage environment, the upper layer of the attic shelf will be equipped with laminate shelves. The installation of the laminate rack needs to wait for the attic plank to be completed, and then it can be installed after the welding is completed.
Four: Structural positioning. Attic shelf positioning is basic and needs to be done step by step. In the structure positioning, blanks should be reserved according to the actual situation. Similar to the through-shelf, the column is installed first, and then the beam is grafted. Or one column and one beam alternately.
Five: The chemical bolt is stable. Immediately after the column beam is installed, it needs to be drilled with chemical bolts. After the chemical bolts are punched, you need to wait about 10 minutes before installing the attic shelf parts.
Six: Pavement installation. It is relatively easy to install the plank. After installation, multi-point welding is required. To ensure that the laminate will not rub or move after being squeezed, the installation requires constant debugging by the installer.
Seventh: Installation of the ground floor parts of the attic. The installation of the bottom parts of the attic is usually carried out after the overall structure of the attic is completed, and it can also be adjusted by itself.
