Push-back racking, also known as push-back racking, is a multi-layer trolley between the front and rear beams. Push the original item inside. It is mainly composed of columns, beams, tracks, and carrying trolleys.
Column piece: There are two upright columns, transverse braces and diagonal braces connected by special screws. Drop-shaped holes are prefabricated every 50mm (or 75mm) on the column to realize the plug connection with the beam, so the beam can adjust the height of the shelf up and down in units of 50mm (or 75mm).
Beam: There are two column clips welded together with the beam bar. In order to ensure that the beam falls under the action of abnormal external force, the anti-drop safety pin connecting the beam and the column is specially designed to ensure the safety of use.
Track: The specially made rectangular track adopts more wear-resistant galvanized treatment in order to satisfy the continuous operation of the carrying trolley and the track.
Carrying trolley: According to the size of the pallet, it is welded and formed, and the four corners are equipped with special four wheels, which must meet the movement load requirements of the goods.
